The Program Management Office, Professional Services, and Field Services teams are headed by Sandy Cunningham. VCPI client projects are managed by the Program Management Office, where process standards and project methodologies are utilized and continually improved to ensure project success on time and on budget, within scope and quality assured. Training, consulting and implementation services are handled by the Professional Services team, industry specialists who are experienced across the spectrum of care. The Quality Assurance team provides software testing and quality audit services across the organization, and ensures each project, application or service offering passes stringent quality standards

As an IT leader, Sandy Cunningham brings more than 28 years of experience. Her career path has a strong focus on business application development, project portfolio management and technology business consulting. Prior to VCPI, Ms. Cunningham held positions at Miller Brewing Company and Johnson Controls. Sandy holds a bachelor’s degree from Carroll College and an MBA with a concentration in International Business from Marquette University.
