The Applications Strategy team, led by VCPI’s Director, Applications, Mike Cashman, is responsible for providing all of the technology support and strategy for VCPI’s clients.  Their process includes developing a comprehensive and customized needs analysis for your company, which is achieved by meeting with key decision makers down to the facility level. The team provides a forward-thinking, strategic plan of action based on an assessment and analysis of the findings.

Cashman, with more than 25 years of experience in IT, implements solutions to ensure that client projects are deployed and executed in a timely manner. In addition, the day-to-day technology needs are met while planning for future needs. He also works hand-in-hand with steering committees and publishes strategy documents on a quarterly basis. Formerly, Cashman held positions at CNA Insurance and Information Resources. He holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Boston College and an MBA with a concentration in finance and marketing from the University of Massachusetts.
