Manager Field Engineering Team |  The Field Engineering Team is led by Angie Williams. This group of experienced field service technicians provides immediate response to all of VCPI’s customers. If a problem cannot be solved remotely, a team member is deployed to handle any technical needs — providing on-site care across the country. In addition, the team conducts a site assessment for new client onboardings, reviews current technology and prepares recommendations as required. After the onboarding is completed, team members work with clients in their location to provide troubleshooting and whatever else is necessary to make the conversion as easy as possible. This hands-on approach ensures smooth implementation, and the team is there after the onset to take care of any location-based resolutions. The Field Engineering team’s goal is to establish a continued, personal relationship with VCPI clients, helping them focus on what matters most: the residents. Williams has been a part of the VCPI team for 11 years. In 2009, Williams was promoted to Manager of Field Engineering. Previously, she spent seven years working for EPA, a leading pharmacy in the long-term care industry. Starting in data entry, after only four years she was promoted to Manager of Data Entry. In addition, she assisted in the opening of a satellite pharmacy and trained new data entry staff throughout the country.
