As Chief Innovation Officer, Will Belke is responsible for leading VCPI’s new products and services roadmap. He does so by bringing innovations to the marketplace that assist VCPI clients in managing and growing their business solutions while improving resident care. Belke works closely with VCPI’s clients and internal leaders to develop solutions that address clients’ most critical business needs.

Will Belke provides leadership for the VCPI Account Management and Innovation Teams. Coupling vast technical knowledge with industry expertise, the Account Managers provide IT strategy services by assisting clients in aligning business goals with technology objectives. The Innovations Team bridges the gap among client needs, account managers and technology. Team members solve existing problems while proactively anticipating future issues — taking their clients to the "next level" based on individual business processes. All this is done with a focus on delivering efficient, cost-effective business technology solutions while maximizing return on investment.

Belke has more than 20 years of information technology leadership experience. In addition, he has extensive experience in the IT consulting and professional services arenas. Prior to VCPI, Belke held senior IT positions at Strong Financial Corporation and WE Energies. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point with majors in Computer Information Systems and Psychology.
